The Working Triangle
Kitchen designers have adopted a guide for
measuring the efficiency of a kitchen. They use the accumulative distance
between the sink, stove, and refrigerator (The Working Triangle).
This distance should not exceed 25 feet and
preferably be under 15 feet. Any kitchen with a working triangle distance
of 25 feet or more would require unnecessary steps to complete routine tasks.
The working triangle is effective in the
